VG condition - Number and name on the back are severely cracked, some bits on the 1 has peeled off, has 100 years centenary round the badge. sponsor is starting to slightly crack. Large pull on the left sleeve. Overall shirt is in very good condition.Chelsea 2005-06 home top as worn by Terry, Gallas, Duff, Essien, Robben, Carvalho, Geremi, Drogba, Lampard and Makll as the team celebrated 100 years of Chelsea Football Club. Jos Mourinho's side retained their Premier League title.
